Hi, I’m Mike. A 49 year old qualified fitness coach from the UK living and working in Poble Nou. I have an 8 year old son at school so I understand exactly how challenging it can be to find the time and energy to exercise and focus on your own health and wellbeing when you have kids, work and a million other things to be doing, which is why I designed these short sessions at a time convenient for you.
